Compalint re Spanish Consulate in London

Hello,

Please can someone help me.

I am an Indian citizen residing in UK. My husband and I applied for tourist schengen visa (different times and different applications). We submitted paper to Spanish embassy as our first point of entry was Spain(14th and 15th - 2 days) and 4 days to Amsterdam (in May). My husband was granted 4 months visa and they phoned me to say I will only be given 2 days visa. On asking why there is a discrimination between the 2 applications although both submitted the same paperwork. They said we did a mistake and to rectify it we will revoke your husband's visa too. Ask him to come with his passport and we will give him 2 days visa only and cacel the visa given before.

Now they are holding my passport and saying until your husband will not come with his passport we will not give you your passport and its simple you will not be able to travel.

I find this as a mental harassment and blackmailing.

Please suggest what can be done now.
