documentation on form AN

This may be a slightly silly question but on going through the details of form AN it seems that there are practically no documents, other than the passport and BRP, which are required. i am applying as a tier1 ilr applicant with 1 year as ILR and am a salaried individual

SECTION 1 Evidence of identity - PASSPORT
SECTION 2 Evidence of knowledge of English and of Life in the UK - ALREADY SUBMITTED FOR ILR
SECTION 3 Evidence of lawful residence during the 5 years - PASSPORT (with earlier visas) & BRP (for the last one year)
SECTION 4 Evidence of settlement for applicants from Switzerland or the European Economic Area - NOT APPLICABLE
SECTION 5 Evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions - BRP
SECTION 6 Evidence of marriage for applications made on the basis of marriage - NOT APPLICABLE
SECTION 7 Evidence of tax for self-employed applicants only - NOT APPLICABLE
SECTION 8 Evidence of Crown service - NOT APPLICABLE
SECTION 9 Joint applications - NOT APPLICABLE

I will need some further documents for my son's application on the MN1 (such as birth certificate, etc) but for mine, there seems to be nothing else.

Can i really make a citizenship application with nothing but my passport and BRP. No requirement for P-60's, letters from employers, address proofs, etc. It just seems too easy. Am i missing something

Jambo if they need more proof will they ask for it? I take they will ask for more before they refuse application because there was not enough evidence?

Yes. They will write to you (that's why if you plan to be away for more than 3 weeks, better to have someone checking your post). This is probably more relevant to EEA nationals where the HO ability to monitor their residence is limited (only relevant if the applicant residence periods come into question which is quite rare).

Just so you know, today when I booked my appointment - the lady over the phone told me to bring LIUK certificate as well along although I said i submitted that during my ILR. But she said we will send the original and will give you the copy of it.

I have submitted only passport as evidence of living in the UK for period in question(there is no stamps in it,EEA nationals) wondered if they gonna ask for more if there is a problem. thanks Jambo.

I believe you will be fine. The HO has other ways to verify residence than just the passport. In any case, this only an issue if they suspect/want to verify the dates you have provided on the form. The basic assumption is that they are correct.

I'm pretty sure my dates are spot on, I kept all of my etickets. If not all most of them. And I'm far away from allowance, I was away only 150 days in last 6 years.
