Spouse visa refused

Hi just a quick question my spouse visa
Was refused because I only submitted
3 months payslips and 3 months bank statements
There require 6 months payslips
Should I appeal or reapply
If I appeal should I select oral or paper
Appeal and also do I submit new pay slips to this current
Date or back dated payslips
Please can someone help me thanks
