except for drawing heart shaped structures expressing love in true V-day spirit
THank you . just did that. returned to the bank and asked them to stmap all the back pages as well. luckily i wasnt asked by CW to sign the papers, i have heard its a bit of a pain nowdays to get the bank to sign the st-ts.Manka10 wrote:if your bank could give you stamped statements in the branch then surely they wont have any trouble stamping all the pages so get all pages stamped for peace of mind
the problem is I already submitted the original statements along with my application, but by some reason CW decided they were not originals and asked to send him originals or copies stamped by bank or on headed paper.mulderpf wrote:HSBC in the UK categorically will NOT stamp bank statements, so I don't understand why your caseworker asked you to get stamped bank statements. It's also definitely not a requirement for the bank to stamp statements, this is only the case for online accounts where you produce your own printouts.
I submitted the bank statements printed on headed paper (the last month's statement) and the rest were all the originals and they accepted it without a problem.
HSBC does something similar, except they will refuse stamping or signing statements. The statements don't look much like the originals and mine were accepted.Mela wrote:originals or copies stamped by bank or on headed paper.
I was told by Barclays that they cant issue me the originals again.
what a relief, thanks, i hope mime will be accepted aswell, anyways there is nothing I can do.mulderpf wrote:HSBC does something similar, except they will refuse stamping or signing statements.
