just need some advice.
my husbands settlement visa got refused september 2012. we got the notice of appeal on the 10th ocotber. the refusal was 3 things
1. because my husband didnt attach his english test results. but we did try to get him a test done in his home country but the cambridge ESOL told us they dont have a test centre there so we had that in written to say we did try.
2. was my parents are in debt in the name of a mortage. ( which i dont get how that is their bussiness.)
3. my income.( i provided payslips from work and my bank savings).

so we wrote a really good review letter and sent with that my husbands english test results, my payslips to my other job ( as i have two jobs now)
and a job offer for my husband. and we stated that we did show them i was working and could support my husband

how long did it take for your application to get overturned?
