What sort of evidence for absences ILR

Post by chaitu » Fri Feb 15, 2013 11:15 am

Hi,

I'm on (HSMP + Tier 1 (2+3 years) visa ending 20 March 2013. I landed with in 90 days after my initial EC date, I'm applying PEO 1st week of march.
I'm on my personal holidays on 9 occasions out of this country ranging from 3 days the shortest trip and 28 days the longest trip. (Total 86 days out of the country. (16 day holiday trip not employed (so no pay for the duration) and the remaining 70 days (multiple trips) are paid)

Can you answer me what sort of evidence i have to provide for this question?

What evidence has been provided to support the reasons for all absences from the UK?
Does i fall under 'other' category? and what sort of document i should submit as all my holidays are for my personal reasons.

Really need help for this question please.

you dont need to give any evidence or letter from your employers as you are on tier 1
Thanks!
