I think you should wait or follow the link heremynewid wrote:Hi,
I got approval for my ILR on 29th of Jan. 2013 at Liverpool.
My wife and 2 dependants got BRP card. Unfortunately, my card is missed. I am not sure, how they have processed partial people. I have sent a mail to the email address they have stated 3 days back, however, there is no reply. I am really not sure whom to contact regarding my BRP card. It is also mentioned I need to reply in writing to the address they have given. Any help or suggestions for my BRP card would be highly appreciated.
Many Thanks,
Did you get your BRP?mynewid wrote:Not sure... I may be little impatient, as it is more than 17 days. I may write them post mail, needs to see how many it would take my BRP card to receive...

Phone number is a same standard number that is written in UKBA website and the operator transfer to relevant department once connected. However, for email contact the page link is already posted.aruni4470 wrote:Where is the number????sheraz7 wrote:http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/about ... enquiries/aruni4470 wrote:Dont think there is a number to enquire about BRP cards.sheraz7 wrote:Give them a call and ask when they have posted you BRP.
Unfortunately, the standard number cannot give specific details about the BRP permits, whether one's BRPs were posted, produced, when they will be posted etc., I had my BRP delayed and called them a couple of times. They ask us to send an email and wait for a reply.sheraz7 wrote:Phone number is a same standard number that is written in UKBA website and the operator transfer to relevant department once connected.
