Query tier 1 dependent

Hi Experts.

I am in Uk from May 2008 under tier 1 gen.

My wife was here with me from July 2010- jan 2012 under dependent category

We have a son know who is 9 months old born in chennai.

Can i apply dependent visa for them again.

With maintaince fee 600*2 or 1800*2 i am a bit confused.

My ILR Completes on may 2014 .

But i have taken 170 days holiday outside the UK.

And my visa is issued mar 2008 but i did not enter the country till may 2008.

Will i still qualify for ILR IN mar 2014 obviously my wife will not qualify as per the new rule she should complete 5 yrs can i apply ILR for my baby .

Can i apply ILR for me and what visa should i apply for my wife and kids.

will she need to do the Life in the UK test .

Please answer you help is much appreciated .
