Tier1 Dependent

Post by kashifmasud » Fri Feb 15, 2013 12:54 pm

Hi
Just a question bothering me, as I intend to apply dependent visa of my daughter who is born last year. How much maintenance fund do I need to maintain for last 3 months.

As my wife is already dependent on me, and I am on Tier1 visa for last 4 years (i.e. more than 12 months category).

Some say 800 for me plus 400 for daughter, is that correct? On Home Office website, it says if your child is born here, simply fill the application form, no more details I manage to find.

As my bank statement went down to £1100/ last month, so just wondering do I have to wait to maintain statement next 3 months before I apply ?

Thanks

The policy guidance is a good reference. Or better still, consider reading Appendix E of the immigration rules.
