Regarding ILR Application eligible date

MY Tier 1 Visa expires on 22/03/2013 and i think i can apply from 22/02/2013. I prefer to apply on 22/03/2013 due to various reasons, I just want to double check before to make an application
as i am applying with 4 dependants?

thats your call really. But if any issues happen on the last day you wont even have enough time to send a postal application.

You do have only 28 days before ,you could apply but here 1 months which is not allowed until and otherwise you convince UKBA.

It comes exactly 28 days in fact it is 29 days before. You could take a chance but it would be better if you went on the following Monday. But it's your call really.

Btw have you sorted out your PEO appointment already?

Thanks for your response. Yes, i have got an appointment on 14th march but i am thinking to reschedule, preferably in the 1st week of march.
