Hi,

I came to UK under HSMP and my initial visa was from Feb 2008 to Feb 2010. And first extension, changed to Tire 1 (General), was from Mar 2010 to Mar 2013.

Question:
1. Am I eligible for my second extension, which is Tire 1?

Yes... as long as you fulfill the points requirement....
