Hi Everyone

I am currently on UK Tier 1 visa.I was convicted for fare evasion on London Underground in Aug 2012. My ILR is due in May 2014. I am still unable to understand new criminality Threshold requirement by UKBA for ILR. Can please someone tell me how to proceed? Should I get another extension or am I safe to apply for ILR....

Please help!!!!!!

Did you paid the fine on the spot or did you went to court?

I was fined by the court which told me to pay the fine which I did...

If you have a recorded conviction which was dealt with Blythe court you will have to wait 24 months until you can apply. Get a disclosure Scotland certificate and see what's registered also do a sar at your local police station and see what's on the pnc as these will e checked by the ho.
