Things to Do After your NON Eu partner EEA permit Allowed

Post by Reddevil » Sat Feb 16, 2013 9:41 am

I have some questions to ask and need Guidance

I am Austrian do i need to apply or is it ok for me as long as i am working in England.

My spouse got his first EEA Permit. How long this permit last ( Duration )

Is it ok if I am not working but my Non eu Spouse is Employed Full Time.

We have some relative in England. My non eu spouse will get job in a month or so then we can move to our own house What to do with acquiring a new residence.

Do my Non eu spouse need to Fill further application or he is fine until he wants to apply for permeant residence after 5 years

Do i need to fulfil EEA 1 and EEA 3 or it just not required and would not create any issue to my non eu spouse eligibility

Thanks
