what if the application form is changed ON the applying day?

Hi there.

I'm applying for SET(M) by the premium service very soon.
And just wondering if the application form is changed on the same day of my appointment day...
Will UKBA accept the old form or do I need to rewrite with the new one?

The previous form is still valid (34I), apart from any fee changes.
