and my job title is Sales and Business Development Manager(SOC CODE 1132) which comes under NQF level 6, My question is that which SOC code i will use for question below

Then how do you prove that the business is at nqf level 4?

SOC codes are provided and like he mention its recycling business and its NQF 4 ...... but in regards to G22 I written the SOC code for the job title I will working as in business and I think that is what question is asking too and regarding the business is at NQF 4 or not its our responsibility as its mention in policy guidance and of course case worker will check this too with the nature of business and what level it falls under.

typical example is given in policy guidance about Taxi and Software development company.

Contract is mandatory if you r applying under 50k route .... And ofcourse it shows nature of business too and I don't think there is nythng more we need to provide in regards to proof nqf 4 level of business activity.
