Main and Dependent'd Application

Hello Friends,

Ia m on tier-1 visa valid till 24 May 2013 and am applying for ILR in March through PEO. My wife has dependent visa valid till 24-May-2013.

Can both me and my wife file individual application but together: Mine application for ILR and my wife's application for extension of her current dependent visa?
