Applying for Tier2 General

Hi members,

I was on a tier2 ICT short term which expired on Jan2013 . I now have a employer in UK willing to sponsor me Tier2 General to start work in a months time.

Will the cooling off period be applicable and do I need to wait for a year ?

I have similar query where ICT short term expired on Aug 2012. but returned back earlier i.e. Jan 2012.
