No, you don't need to pass ESOL. Just tick the box on the application "I met the knowledge of language and life requirements to qualify for settlement" ANDolazh wrote:Im going to apply for BC after October 2013, and a bit confused with a new rules. I have passed the Life in the UK test and write test number in the boxes.

I didn't get it back,they keep it with them.Jambo wrote:LIUK test is not required for PR confirmation. Did you get it back from the HO? I suspect they probably didn't record the fact that you passed the test already. You would need to submit the original test certificate.
