employer applying for work permit need help urgently

hi there,

one of my friends is getting her employer to apply for her work permit. they have 2 branches but only one is registered with work permit licences. I am not sure what this means. The branch she works for does not have the licence, so does that mean she has to physically work in the other branch which is registered with the home office for the work permit licences?

What does the sponsorship licence say? Is the other company a sister company? Mostly companies with different branches apply for one sponsorship licence and that cover all the brances. What's the name of the company?
