Of course. So they have up to 19 weeks to overturn if they choose to. If you don't hear anything in 19 weeks then yes tribunal will give you a court date, as that means they didn't over turn.
The ECM dies as they wish, depends how busy they are. But they can send you a rejection before 19 weeks aswell. The 19 weeks is just tribunals deadline.
Does it all make sense now. No one know when the ECM will look into the file you just have to wait. There are some people who wait 19 weeks also get a court date but suddenly get over turned.
