Changing a client in a same company - Tier ICT

Hi

I've been in UK since Feb 2010 and sponsored by Indian company to work for client 'A' on Tier 2 ICT, now my assignment is going to complete in Client 'A' in April 2013.

My sponsor is willing to offer me same role for different Client 'B' and visa category remain same Tier 2 ICT

My question to good people out there is - am I eligible to apply ILR in Feb 2015 if I accept the offer and continue with same Tier 2 ICT ?

Is there any impact to my visa if I change the client in a same company?
