Urgent:Tier 1(G) extension, payslips query.

Hi all,
I'm going to apply T1 extension tomorrow, just a quick question if u guys can kindly answer me.
About my payslips, I get my payslips as proper official document(like that private and confidential enclosed doc). So, my question is, is there a need to get them signed/stamped from the company's accountant?
Also, I'm thinking about attaching a covering letter with my application, can someone please post a sample format that i could use?

No stamp or sign is required...
Covering letter is optional and recomended only when you need to add dome explanation like mismatch on payslip and bank transaction etc.

I second bubin123. No need for cover letter or stamps. Keep it simple.
