SET(O)application questions on section7,6= 7.11 & 6,1

Hello Folks
I am filling out SET(O) form now. I have a small questions for fill up the application.


On section 7 - personal history
question 7.11. How long have you lived in the UK? __ years ___ months.

Does the question 7.11 means the actual date i started to live in UK or do i need to mention or count my actual economic visa status period onwards.

I lived in UK in 2007 on holiday visa and my work permit started from Feb 2008.

If i need to consider the actual start date - 6 yrs 2 months
if i take only economic route , it will be 5 yrs 1 month.

On question 6.1 i mentioned the start date or entry date to uk with my work permit

( When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This
refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.)

Please suggest your experience.
