ILR for my spouse on Tier 1 general

Post by lhkrishna » Sun Feb 17, 2013 10:34 pm

All,

I am currently on Tier 1 general and eligible for ILR. My wife has joined me in 2009 on Tier 1 general. We have renewed her visa on Tier 1 general. Can i apply for her ILR along with me? Is that a valid?

Any help is much appreciated.

Does your wife have her own T1G or as your dependent? If she is not your T1G dependent, she has to complete her own five year requirement.
