Return Resident appeal

Advice needed please,

At the moment I'm appealing at the Tribunal about the Resident visa, I have ILR visa for 7 years but came out of UK for 4 years to look after a sick mother in Thailand. I got refused the Entry Clearance as Return Resident on the 2 years Idiot spammer. I have a British Child who came out with me and also an unmarried partner who is a surrogate father to my son for 6 years. My partner works as a teacher to support us here.
My partner's mum appeals for me, confirms all the points and told the Tribunal that she will support me to re-settle to the UK and will pay for everything until I can find a job.
My child got bullied so much in Thailand and wish to return to study in the UK, he is 13 years old now.
My partner and my British son will soon go back to the UK for his study and my partner and his mum will attend the hearing.
Do you think I have a chance to win?

I hope the court will consider Human rights act. Cat 8 Respect private and family life. For my child to have his mother with him in the uk. So hopefully the court will return my ILR
