[Advice Needed] Student Visa Application Documents

Post by emerald » Mon Feb 18, 2013 10:34 pm

Hi all. I was admitted to a University in an EU member country last year but my visa application got rejected. I have now been admitted to an English University and I am now in the process of applying for a TIER 4 visa. I was wondering if they will ask about my visa rejection and if I am required to submit the rejection letter (or its English translation) which was given to me. Particularly, it would be ideal if someone with a similar experience could guide me. Thanks in advance.

Yes.

You need to tell them all your refusal details plus its better to provide English translation of your refusal letter. There is a section in Tier-4 form regarding this and if you failure to do so and hide anything which UKBA discover later on, they will put 10 years ban on you.
