fixed penalty and driving points

Hi all,

I have a PEO appointment tomorrow, and I just realized that I have not mentioned my driving points on my application. I have 3 points and a fixed penalty of £60 points (red light camera) dated June 2010. Will that be a problem? Should I be mentioning that on my application or is that not a civil penalty?

You don't have to mention FPN's. For your peace of mind you can but that won't have any effect on application at all. Goodluck
