Biometric Letter not received yet and its now 2 months

I have applied for the ent visa on 18 dec 2012 and have not received the biometric letter upto now. Has anyone got the same problem like me? And is it may be because when I came to this country 4 years ago I gave my biometric from back home, So may be they already have my biometric details. I am not sure what leads to this much of delay.

Hi Nishant,

even if you gave biometrics back when applying for the first time, you still have to submit biometric again..

1. have you called up the UKBA to say you havent recieved biometric?
2. Did you get your acknowledgement
3. Has the payment been taken from your account
4. Are you applying through a solicitor(if so have a word with him)

everytime you apply for visa you have to give biometric again, i will suggest you to ring ukba and enquire about the biometric letter.

Nishant i got stuck in same situation then i rung to HO, adviser gave me that email address to contact them and tell them you r waiting of ur BIO more than 2 months then weather they will trace it out for u or will make an arrangement for an other letter. i requested them to send me recorded delivery so i received in 3 days after waiting 2 monts
