General Visit Query!!

Hi,

My mother granted family visit visa for 6 months( July 12 til Jan 13) but stayed for 4 moths ( July till Nov).

Do i need to wait until July this year to re apply(considering 12 calender months or can i apply in April this year ( since she stayed only 4 months in her previous visa)

You don't have to wait. She can apply at any time.
