Change of circumstances form

Hi,

I've got a criminal conviction in 2011 while on Tier 1 PSW, and now applying for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa.

My question is, do i need to submit change of circumstances form prior to applying for Tier 1 Entrepreneur?

When to use the change of circumstances form:

You should use this form to notify us of any changes to your details if you are in the United Kingdom. This includes:

changes to an application before it has been decided;
changes to an application after it has been decided;
providing details of your criminal convictions (if any); and
the type of change, for example, to your contact details, or changes to contact details for your dependents or representatives.

Or do i need just to declare the conviction in my Tier 1 Entrepreneur application form and don't bother with change of circumstances form?
