Am I using the right code?

I am working in accountancy firm
the code I am using is 2421 which says job title of accountant(qualified)
but my job title is practice accountant

my job description match few tasks to what mentioned in SOC

My salary is £20k with 37.5 hours/week ,but in SOC its saying 17K for according to my qualification

why its giving different salary figures with different qualification level for same job that's confusing

Can my employer mention in job description on COS that he is part qualified accountant and doing these tasks

please advice me if I am doing any mistake

I am applying first time
I am aware of SOC which should be 2421 as I am working as practice accountant and do most task , salary for part qualified 2 saying 17K I am getting 20K.
Only problem is where should I mention that I am part 2 qualified so they can see I am using right code and salary

Thanks Ali so I think my employer should mention in summary of job that

'salary has been assessed as the migrant is ACCA part 2 qualified'

my employe used following words

Salary has been assessed on the basis that the migrant is ACCA part 2 qualified.

Any suggestion please and job description they enter on COS is not exactly same words as UKBA but cover most of role mentioned there

please advice I don't want to get refused
