tier 2 representative section

hi guys,

a friend of mine has applied for tier 2 ( switching from psw).
his company has applied for him and they have asked him to leave representative and contact details black in the form so they ( the company) will give their details.


the question is, would he receive the confirmation that UKBA normally sends informing you that they have received yourapplication ?

what about the biometric enrollment ? will it go to the employer or to his address on the form bearing in mind that the employeer is his representative


and finally if it gets approved does the visa and the documents go to the representative ( employeer) or him ?
