There is two months difference between my current student visa expiry date and completion of 10 years. Please advise m i eligible for applying for ILR.

Don't think anyone will be able to help you with these 2 vague lines you have written. However by the sound of it, looks like you have to extend your student visa or look for a sponsor who can apply for your tier 2 visa.
