Property inspection report

Post by xiaoqiaodan » Wed Feb 20, 2013 7:45 am

Is it a good idea to definitely include a property inspection report in a UK Spouse Visa application?

If so, does anyone know the cheapest way to get this done by a good authority?

Thanks

I don't think that it is compulsory.

Submit statements of mortgage payments from the sponsor if the sponsor owns the property. If rented then the estate agent can write a letter stating size and number of occupants. Submit lease agreement.

Look at this link on the UKBA website for number of occupants allowed per bedroom. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/polic ... /#header13

What if the sponsor owns the property outright and therefore does not have mortgage payment information?

Then submit title deeds.

My spouse didn't submit a property report and her visa was approved.

So no, it's not required.

And I used HAART Estate agent to produce a professional inspection report who did it free for me and my wife spouse visa application was approved.
