Tier 1 dependant visa

Post by shoebyunus » Wed Feb 20, 2013 12:37 pm

Hi All,

I am on tier 1 visa in uk and will be applying for PR in next 9 months
My wife applied for Tier 1 dependent visa from India and got rejected saying that all the 3 bank accounts (2 of mine and 1 of hers) bank statements she provided was not covering the whole 3 months(90 days) of period. Which I agree and accept that its our fault. This was the only reason they mentioned in the rejection letter.

She has now applied again with 2 of my bank statements and 1 of her indian bank statements covering 1 year of period.

1. Is there anything else I need to submit together with correct documents.
2. My visa also expires soon but UK BA anyways gives visa for the period till the main applicant leave to remain, has this fact affected the decision.
3. What is the possibility of her getting the visa now.
