URGENT HELP: Question 1.27 in MN1

Post by guri_78 » Wed Feb 20, 2013 12:53 pm

Hi,

URGENT QUESTION ON MN1 for my child...

I am preparing MN1 for my son's BC. My son is born in UK in 2011(2 years old). He was born in hospital and stay there for couple of days. I got my ILR approved last week. I am waiting for my BRP and will apply his BC as soon as I get my BRP.

My son has a Indian passport with dependent T1G. He visited India once for around 60 days.

Now regarding Q 1.27 in MN1, Date father became settled in UK (ILR)

Is it the date my ILR application approved (7th Feb) OR is it the date of issue mentioned on BRP card (11 Feb)?

Can you pls reply it ASAP? Thanks a lot.

Cheers

Either. However include copies of both ILR Approval letter and BRP card. Let them decide which one they want to use.

No need to explain with a cover letter either.
Please do not send me PM if I haven't sent you one yet.
My ILR, MN1 and kids PP stories.

I am using NCS as its only £30 fee. Will give every thing to them to choose

Thanks
