T1 G to Set O, but how about the dependant?

HI There,
My visa is T1 G and will expire on 30/04/2013. So, in April, I will apply for Set O.
My Wife is T1 G Dependant visa and will expire on same time.

She got her visa in Oct/2012. because of the requirement of "2 years", I don't think she can apply for Set O as my dependant.

the question is
1. if she want to extend her visa, can she use the same form (set o) and submit the form on the same time with me?

2.if she can not use that form, which form should she use, FLR O or FLR M?

You will be really surpriseing she can only use Tier 1 PBS dependent visa form and u set o,,,,

same i did after great research and i posted both on different ukba address last week
