BRP Application Query

Hi,

I have premium appointment for Tier 1(G) extension and do not have BRP yet. Do I need to fill any separate application form for BRP along with Tier 1 (G) form or would it be covered in Visa application form itself?

Just fill in the normal form.
no need for a special form. Your biometric details will be taken during the appointment.
