Rental Agreement for Dependent Visa

Hi ,

I am holding Tier to ICT visa and planning to apply Dependent visa for my wife.
Currently I am staying in a shared accommodation, but I donot have a rental agreement with Landloard. Can any one suggest me the format so that I can use the same and get it signed by Landloard.

Let me know the format when sharing with Landloard.
and Sharing with another tentant (kind of subletting where the agreement is with landloard and other tentant - This is for my friend).
