ILR For MOTHER DEPENDENT (widowed Mother)

Hi,
I am (British citizen) with wife and two kids in rental property with £ 18K Per /year + benifits, willing to apply for ILR of my monther age 74+, living in karachi. un able to walk due age.
My Question is that on above profile may i get chance to apply sattelment visa or not.?
If Answers Yes
so reqired dacuments ?
