SET(O) - Application Filling Queries

Post by Haris2108 » Thu Feb 21, 2013 10:58 am

Hi

I am trying to fill SET(O) for my ILR and my dependents.

4.3 Have you and/or your partner obtained one of the relevant
qualifications listed in Note 1 to show that you have sufficient
knowledge of the English language and life in the UK? If so,
show which qualification(s) by ticking one or more of the boxes
opposite.

ANSWER: I Ticked YES for both of us for Life in The UK Test

4.4If you and/or your partner have not obtained one of the relevant
qualifications, are you claiming exemption from this
requirement because a physical or other condition prevents
you from taking the Life in the UK test or doing an ESOL
course? See Note 2.

What shall I say here? Yes or No? We already passed Life in UK and ticked Yes in 4.3. What shall I answer in 4.4?

PHOTOGRAPHS AND DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST
Documents to support your Tier 1 points
assessment

What are the docs for Tier 1 points assessment? I ticked for qualification as I submitted those docs at the time of Tier 1 extension earlier.

Kindly advise
Haris

Not relevant hence leave blank!

Just your earning docs ie., salary slips and bank statements nothing else is needed as you already provided that for your tier 1 extension
