thanks very much for sharing the questions.

Is there any interview taken place for in country applications? Maybe not?

Yes, as applicant to T1e, we should have already be the expert of the business we are going to run. However not necessarily expert of tax or company laws etc.

In my own view, to succeed the interview, it might be essential to satisfy them with any questions related to the business. And then correctly answer as many as possible questions relating general issues of business, e.g. the tax or regulations on running company. After all, we have accountants and solicitors to help should we need them. We don't need 100% accuracy to succeed, right.

Congrats mate! Good luck for your future in UK. And also good luck to all of us......

Fully agree with you. They are just trying to check if you have entrepreneur pedigree and if you can pursue a business in real.
