Absences Split on the form -SET(O)

Post by kvindia » Fri Feb 22, 2013 12:53 pm

Gurus,

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... iew=Binary

In the above link, can anyone please advise where do we enter the split something like mentioned below in the form SET(O). Strangely, I cannot find it anywhere. Is it something not on the forms? Then how do CW consider that we are applying through this kind of split. Please advise.
Year 1 11 November 2012 to 10 November 2011
Year 2 11 November 2011 to 10 November 2010
Year 3 11 November 2010 to 10 November 2009
Year 4 11 November 2009 to 10 November 2008
Year 5 11 November 2008 to 10 November 2007

It's explained under page 9 in the guidance link you mention above.

Just realised, I didn't quite answer the question asked. The above breakdown is given in the guidance to help you/caseworker calculate and verify that you have met the continuous residence requirement for ILR. It's not meant to be entered in the SET(O) form in that manner.

In the form, you need to list each individual absence you have had in chronological order. If the space provided is insufficient, or you feel you would like to add further details (such as the passport stamp pages) then you can enclose a spreadsheet which lists all your absences with the additional information you see fit.
