Help related to my ILR and extension for my wife

Hi Everyone,
I need help related to my ILR

Myself:
Tier 1 = 04 April 2008 to 19 March 2011
Tier 1 Extension: 25 Feb 2011 to 19 March 2013

My Wife:
She came to UK Aug. 2011 as my Tier 1 dependent and her stay is expiring on 19 March 2013 as well.

I have booked PEO appointment on 8 March 2013.

Questions:
1. I know my wife is not eligible for ILR as she hasn’t completed 2 years in UK, I have filled FLR(M) for her, Is this the right form?
2. Is this alright to have same appointment time & date for my ILR and for her extension? As my case is quite straight forward, will UKBA issue my ILR and her extension same time?
3. Do I need to get my ILR first and then apply for my wife’s extension?

Please read the PBS Dependent document from my Useful Links below.

She can continue as PBS Dependent with extension by applying through PBS Dependent form. Once she meets ILR eligibility, then proceed that route.
