fiancee VISA

Hi,

Just need some help to know what the easiest visa is to get for my fiancee to come and live with me in the uk

I have spoke to a few companys and they say i need 18.500 a year which i dont get or savings of 26.000 that cannot be a loan.

I just want to be with my fiancee and the uk is making it so hard.

She is a filipino national

14.300 a year

In addition to (not instead of, as you seem to believe) having worked at the salary level for the previous six months, you need to have savings of 26,750 and have held this sum for six months. If you satisfy both requirements you meet the financial test. Then you can look at the other requirements to see if you satisfy those also.

So i have to have 18.500 plus 26 i thought i just had to have one or the other wow thats crazy if i have to have both there is no way living costs that much in the uk lol

An annual gross salary of 18,600 is enough - you wouldnt need to worry about any savings if you get that amount or more. For instance, as I get 25k, all I need to prove is that I do indeed get that amount and that I've been with the same employer at that level of salary for the last 6 months.

You can however combine cash savings and your annual gross salary in your case. See the link below for more info (Page 15 perhaps?)

No. What Lucapooka has explained is that with your current earnings of £14,300 you will need additional savings of £26,750 which must have been held in your account for a minimum of 6 months.
