Just clarifying I have tier 2 general extension coming up
4 applicant - myself , wife and 2kids
Am I right in saying I don't need to show maintenance nor English just passports cos and 2 photos?

not as simple as that, read paras 198, 148 and 121/122 of the T2 policy guidance

Thanks for replying.
I had my tier 2 general in July 2010, so I meet all the paras . Can you please clarify why you think it's not simple?
Dependants need to prove maintenance if I need to meet maintenance, is that right?

if you meet the requirements in the paras I quoted, that's fine.

You don't have to show maintenance and neither do your dependants provided they apply at the same time as you.
