Parents have arrived to visit us for a few months from India. they have a 2 year multiple entry family visit visa. We are planning to take them to Paris for a few days, I was wondering if they are eligible to apply for a tourist Schengen visa from France Embassy in London?????

You should inquire at the embassy of the Schengen country you wish to vist, normally you have to be a UK resident with a valid resident permit.

You can try, but it is normally expected that visas are solicited from country of residence.
