Help in filling the FLR(M) Application form

Hi can anybody please :

I am sending FLR(M) Application for my wife tomorrow. But I need to clarify a few matter in that application and hope that somebody will again help me as did before. Those are:

1. section 2.2-is it yes or not? my wife is already here as an dependent of PSW Work visa

2. section 3.13 what will be the main residence in the uk? I dont have any property here just live in a temporary rented house. I am from Bangladesh so as my wife
3. section 6.7 what should we write?. we are married from 15-02-2009.

4. section 6.16 what will I write? we are married as mentioned.

Please provide guidance above or anything related or important you think. thanks
