Details of earnings claimed- period for Tier 1 Gen Extention

URGENT HELP!!

Hi, I am applying for my Tier 1 Gen Extension application next week but suddenly got bit confused with the earning period to show in the J4 page 24 section of the application form.

My earnings period and pay date as follows:
Start 28 Feb 2012 End 30 Jan 2013. Please note these were the actual dates when the payslip was raised and pay got credited in the bank.

Now my biggest question is if I show this dates is it falling out side 12 months period. This is how my company paid everyone so really cannot help with the pay dates on the payslip.

Please reply urgently as I am applying on 01st of Mar 2013.

How is it outside 12 months period? If your earnings period is from 1st Feb 2012 to 31st Jan 2013 then it is exactly 12 months and within 15 months of date of your application (1st Mar 2013).

Thank you very much for your comments. Just to be very sure as per the policy guidance point 81, page 57 it says "all period are calender month for eg 14 January- 13 February) I was confused with my payslip dates, which are as follows:
28.02.2012
28.03.2012
27.04.2012
28.05.2012
28.06.2012
27.07.2012
28.08.2012
28.09.2012
30.10.2012
30.11.2012
28.12.2012
30.01.2013

I am not sure If I can include the January payslip which is credited on 30th Jan 2013, because I think the period should be 28th Feb 2012 to 27th Jan 2013. Can you please advice!

It is not as per payslip dates. It is as per earnings period. If the salary that you received on 28.02.2012 is for the period from 1st Feb to 29th Feb and similarly if the salary that you received on 30.01.2013 is for the period from 1st Jan to 31st Jan, then your previous earnings period would be from 1st Feb 2012 to 31st Jan 2013 which is exactly 12 calendar months.
