Legal proceding against employer

I need a specific knowledge , can u help me , my employer is blackmailing to me from long time and keep threat me that if not pay him silly money that is 50000 pounds he is going ti inform home office and discontinue my visa as my visa is going to expire in october, is their any law firm where i can go and do legal preceding as my wife and 2yr old child survive because of this , as he also know that i have property in this country.

If you don't want to leave the country best is to first find a new employer who can sponsor you for Tier 2 and switch immediately. After that is done, you can inform HO, employment tribunal Eric. Have you got any proof of your employer blackmailing? Text messages? Emails?

yes i have texts with me and already if go for the network they can provide recording of our conversation on demand by legal activity and moreover they are not issue me salary slips from many months and said that they will pay me in one go and also in between i worked for their other company which is not part of my permit as i am shortlisted work permit holder .

and also again for cooling off period for old workpermit holder .

I could be wrong, but I think that a cooling off period would be applicable, but only if your leave lapses and you have to apply for entry clearance from outside the UK... perhaps my superiors know better???

Hi,
I am old style work permit, which is going to expire in oct end, my employer is not paying my tax fro last two years and blackmailing me for silly money from long time,and alao use me for different company,i had sold my property and my family in which 2 and half year old daughter is very upset from this condition and employer is not happy to go ahead with me without his requirement and i have all his voice over recording with me, can any body help me what i can do or also guide me the solicitor ,

And
I also have access to tier 1 Enterpreanaur, if i apply for that is there any problem for me. One of my friend ask me to go for solicitor check in human right and discretion leave,i am very cofused.



Please help me .

Hi,
As i mentioned in previous post regarding my employer is blackmailing me from long time and today i got information from source that send my p45 from 2 year back from oct 2011 to home office even they use me for other company and i have all the evidence with me even the voice over for blackmailing and texts and also have p60 for year ending april 2012.

Now i am in very bad shape , please advice me that what can do know as I have 2 and half year old daughter with me and also have aceess to apply for enterprenaur, even i am ready to go to home office and tell them truth about employer and show them evidence or please. Let me know any solicitor who is going to help me , very confused situation.
